Shipping:

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered (including apt #’s and floors) and is correct. Please use correct abbreviations and have spaces and dashes inserted properly. If there are issues with verifying your address, customer relations will contact you to try and resolve these issues. If we are unable to verify/rectify your address discrepancy, your order will be cancelled and your money refunded to you. If you realize that you’ve entered your shipping address incorrectly, please contact us via email ASAP. We will do our best to fulfill your request and change the address. If we are unable to, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information you provided during check out.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from YourStyleByD.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges.

Note: While we do our absolute best to provide accurate shipping times and insure your item arrives in the time frame stated - we like you - are bound by USPS and have zero control over USPS delays - especially during the pandemic (COVID19) you should anticipate there may possibly be delays in shipping from any company you order from.

At this time we DO NOT cover return shipping costs. 

Our shipping process:

1. You place an order on our website and select your desired shipping method.

2. Your order is received and processed by our staff - while we attempt to process every single order ASAP - this process can take anywhere from 24 -72 hours. 

3. Your order is pulled and shipped from our manufacturers or warehouses and sent to our fulfillment center in New York for shipment. Please note some items are stored in house in which case they will ship faster as they do not come from our manufactures or warehouses.

4. Once our fulfillment center receives your items it is packaged, tracking is created and sent to you, and shipped from our fulfillment center to your doorstep. Rest assured that every order is fulfilled and you will receive tracking! Should an issue arise (though we do not anticipate any) you are notified immediately via email, phone call, or text! 

5. You receive your package overjoyed and leave us a glowing review! :-)

Note: Due to space constraints it is impossible to store all inventory inhouse - inhouse items available for pick up are listed in the product description.

Shipments usually arrive anywhere from 7-15 business days.

 

Local Delivery:

We do offer local delivery. All delivery orders are subject to a delivery fee and according to the following:

We do offer local pick up according to the following:

Once your item is in stock and listed as available for pick up you may pick it up free of charge. Pick up orders are usually available within 24 hours. We will notify you when your order is ready for pick up.

Alternatively, you may select local pick up at check out and coordinate with your sales person to have your order picked up via Lyft or Uber.

Note: Lyft and Uber fees are NOT covered by YourStyleByD. You will need to request a ride-share to appear at YSBD once your order is ready for pick up and your sales person will provide the ride-share with your purchase to deliver it to you.

Cancellations and/or Changes:

We try to be super quick about getting your order through the processing stage to make sure that you receive your order as soon as possible. You can change your order as much as you like before you click “Checkout” but after this point you will be unable to make changes to your order as it has started processing. Keep in mind our system is designed to fulfill orders as quickly as we possibly can. We cannot cancel or change an order once it has been placed. Once you place and order that order will ship. In such a case you can however, return the item to us in accordance with our Returns Policy. If we sent out your package and your items are returned to us (Packages marked "Return to Sender") due to an incorrect/undeliverable address, we will issue a store credit for the net total minus the shipping fee. You will be held responsible for the initial cost of shipping the package. Please feel free to email us with further questions regarding this.

Returns:

All FINAL Sale Items are NON Refundable and NON returnable.

Items that are not final sale may be returned for a store credit minus the shipping cost.

Custom Items:

Custom made orders are made JUST FOR YOU and therefore are FINAL Sale! If you experience a unique situation such as the following please contact customer service via email upon receipt of order:

  •         The item arrived damaged 
  •         Custom instructions were not followed
  •         The item you ordered is NOT the item you received
  •         You've received the wrong size item. Manufactures can size clothes differently please review size charts before purchase to alleviate any issues. 

Example: We misspelled the name you provided, we didn't use the picture you provided, or we changed your customization without informing you. 

Note: If we cannot perform/fulfill a request you will always be notified via email. We are not held responsible for unread emails.

 

Regular Returns:

Items are returnable within 14 days of delivery (unless otherwise indicated via the product information tab of the individual item) as long as the product tag, and product remains intact, unworn and unaltered. In order for your item to be considered eligible for return the item meets the following criteria:

  •         The item arrived damaged 
  •         The item you ordered is NOT the item you received
  •         You've received the wrong size item - Example: You ordered a small and received an item labeled a large. Manufactures can size clothes differently please review size charts before purchase to alleviate any issues. We cannot be held responsible for you assuming you are one size, ordering that size, and your item does not fit.

Items for return must be:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached and returned in their original packaging.
  • We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
  • All returns must include an order packing slip or return invoice.
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
  • Return drop-offs are not accepted at our Brooklyn office - only shipments.

Return shipping costs must be covered by purchaser. All returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a YourStyleByD E-Gift Card. Returns are processed within 1-3 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us. Please contact us with additional inquiries via Sales@YourStyleByD.com.

Exchanges:

We do not offer exchanges but we welcome you to return your item(s) by mail in accordance with our Return Policy and repurchasing any available item(s) on our site.

Refunds:

YourStyleByD issues refunds to the original form of payment used on an order in the event that your order:

  •         The order is canceled by YourStyleByD
  •         The One or more of your items sold out since your order was processed
  •         The Item(s) is proved to be received damaged, defective, or incorrect - meaning we sent you the incorrect item or a damaged item

Defective Items:

Defective items must be reported to YSBD within 3 days of the order delivery date in order to receive a refund to your payment method or replacement. The purchaser is required to notify YSBD by email YourStyleByD@gmail.com with your order number in the subject line and a picture of the proposed defect. If the purchaser fails to comply with this instruction within the time frame allotted YSBD cannot be held responsible for items the purchaser deems defective. 

Example: Your order was delivered May 1st and your believe its defective - YSBD must receive your email by May 3rd in order to be held liable for the defective item. Shipping cost for replacement sent to the purchaser will be covered by YSBD. The return shipping cost for returns sent back to YSBD must be covered by purchaser. Then the defective item must be returned to YSBD within 14 days of delivery. Failure to do so will result in a loss of purchase funds and the eligibility for replacements.  

Refund Process:

YourStyleByD will take 2-5 business days to clear your refund. Depending on your financial institution, the refund amount may take up to 10 business days to post to your account.

Above are the only reasons a full refund to the payment method are issued. Other than this YourStyleByD will issue a store credit for cancellations and returns.

If you used an E-Gift Card to purchase your item(s), your funds will be issued back to your E-Gift Card immediately.

We do not provide cash refunds. We will accept returns within 14 days of the original purchase date with a valid receipt and all tags attached. The following items are considered "Final Sale" and cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Bodysuits
  • Accessories
  • Swim & Lingerie
  • Beauty products
  • Final Sale Items

E-Gift Cards:

YourStyleByD E-Gift Cards never expire and can be treated just like cash on our online store!

Partial refunds after placing an order:

One or more of your items may have sold out since your order was processed.

 

Gift Card use to pay for all/part of an order and item(s) were out of stock:

The amount refunded will go back to the E-Gift Card that was used, any remaining balance will be returned to your other form of payment.

 

Delivered Items Disclaimer:

Should your tracking information state that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly. We DO NOT hold responsibility for packages that reflect as DELIVERED.

Processing Times:

Just a reminder that you will receive your order within the specified time frame given at check out from the date that your order is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that your order is placed with our standard shipping rate.  After your payment is authorized and verified, we ask for 24 - 72 hours to process your order. This is just an estimate though, and doesn't include weekends or holidays. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.  

Shipping Locations:

We offer USPS Priority Mail to most locations - currently USA domestically. Currently we DO NOT ship internationally. Your shipping cost is displayed at point of checkout. 

Reserved Rights Regarding Returns

We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing;"
  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service (both in-store and online) to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.

Non-YSBD items sent to our Return Center will be discarded upon receipt.
